Cardinal Pulse
Strike on the drum — not after it.
How to play Cardinal Pulse
Threats approach from multiple directions. Strike each one in its direction at the moment its drum hits.
Each direction has a distinct drum voice. Run the audio calibration first so the beat and the visuals line up on your setup.
What it trains: audio reaction time
Cardinal Pulse couples your ears to your hands: threats close in from all directions, each direction voiced by its own drum, and the drum lands exactly on the moment you must strike. Staying on the beat means processing direction and timing in one motion.
Most reaction games are purely visual — this one adds the auditory channel, training you to act on what you hear as much as on what you see.
Reaction time: what's normal? →Scoring & progression
Runs are short and scored — your best run sets your personal record. Strong runs feed your belt progression in the reaction discipline — from white belt toward black — and your place on the global leaderboard.
