Focus & Attention Games
Attention is a budget, and these games overdraw it on purpose. Everyday multitasking lets you alternate; these don't.
Gemini Protocol splits the screen and your hands with it — the left dodges obstacles across three lanes while the right steers through orbs and decoys, both feeding one shared timer, so neither task can be parked. Constellation Drift is a tracking task: a few dots are marked, the whole field drifts, blackouts hide it, and when everything freezes you must pick your marks back out.

What the science says
Tracking several moving targets at once and running two continuous tasks in parallel are among the hardest attention demands there are — performance degrades fast under load, which is precisely what makes the level you reach a meaningful measure. As with every discipline here: expect real improvement on what you practice, and read the honest summary of the transfer debate before believing bigger claims.
